- Mass Market Product Portfolio and Customer Segment strategy, planning and management - Customer Value Proposition "CVP", Customer Experience "CX", Product Mix & Roadmap - Portfolio/Segment In-Life management: promotions - Follow customer base KPIs and come up with actions - Prepare portfolio Product KPIs ; Revenues & margins, penetration, ARPU, AUPU - Responsible for Customer Experience "CX" & brand awareness - Develop the Orange Money feature roadmap and execute it - Market analysis to follow -up and benchmark competitor activities - launch new promotions / services / features to enhance the customer journey and the customer base - Responsible for achieving the cards targeted revenues and transaction volumes - Set up a cards marketing function including developing a strategy, reporting, performance assessment, marketing and operation with external and internal partners - Lead cards acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention: planning, prioritizing, and monitoring - Manage a sizable annual marketing budget, ensuring appropriate return on investment monitoring and reporting is in place - Collaborate Operations, Customer Base and Loyalty team, Legal team and Orange Jordan Marketing Team to develop efficient operational (briefing, approvals, analysis etc) and governance processes - Be the in-house cards expert - Be the powerhouse behind end-to-end campaign development; leading an innovative campaign strategy, execution, optimization and analysis.
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Administration. - Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing or Business Administration - Minimum 3 years experience in the cards industry or related fields
