Job Description
Manages Access Network employees (setting/cascading objectives, follow up, evaluation, team/competency building and empowerment).,Accountable for RAN KPIs, Network capacity, performance and QoS.,Accountable for Access Network architecture design and nodes dimensioning. Accountable for Access Network interfaces design and dimensioning. Manage the RAN licenses usage and expansion. Conduct RAN capacity studies to define the needed network expansions in near and far future. Specify the Bill of Material for RAN equipment orders. Study, plan, implement and test new RAN features. Accountable for RAN software releases upgrade planning and testing. Do the needed access network parameters optimization and tuning. Maintain availability of RAN equipment stock. Follow the evolution of Access Network, release strategy and new technologies (HW and SW),Managing CAPEX budget and financial related tasks including investments, ordering, receiving, provisioning, reporting, invoicing, building TCO and business cases, and negotiation with suppliers. Project Management for Access Network projects and coordination with all related teams and vendors. High ability to engage and interact with senior management and technical staff, Interface with Marketing and Sales teams and support business needs. Maintain synchronization of local activities with Orange Group recommendations and guidelines. Assure the execution of processes and procedures and update them according to new inputs and possible improvements. Holds mobile access networks expertise covering all radio technologies (2G/3G/4G) and all related RAN nodes (BTS, NodeB, eNodeB, BSC, RNC).

Job Requirements
BSc in telecommunication or electrical engineering. Minimum of 5 years in Access Network Engineering. CCNA certification and IP networks for mobile networks experience. Computer literacy (MS Office knowledge).,Project management experience. Excellent in reporting and effective in communication and presentation. Excellent command of the English language.
