Job Description
Analyze, Implement, Maintain & Support Customer Relation Management Solutions' Systems : (web and content management system , Internet &Intranet Portal, Self-Care & Web Payment ,Document Management system , E-commerce solutions , API ‘s ) to achieve business requirements, Support and participate in the deployment of the entire Dynamics solution including but not limited to application, DB, Web Server, Active Directory, internet-facing deployment (IFD), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), and Single Sign-On (SSO)Implement, configure, upgrade, and maintain the Active Directory infrastructure, Analyze, Implement, Maintain & Support Web and content management systems e.g. Microsoft products (SharePoint ….etc ), and other related technologies. Implementation and configuration support of MS Dynamics CRM, Perform system enhancements and upgrades using Microsoft D365 management tools, Manage all required environments (including cloud) to support development and test of new features and upgrades, Manage the full change control process with regard to system and platform updates, implementation of new features and defect corrections, Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including discovery, analysis, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, code development, testing, deployment, and support, Participate and provide support in all phases of System implementation (Planning, Software Selection, Solution design, development, testing & user training),Ensures the Dynamics CRM system integrates with the existing infrastructure of the systems, Troubleshoot software and performance related issues, with vendor & provide communication strategy, Responsible for analysis new requirements, reporting, modification, upgrade of system parameters, customization and/or new enhancements on Customer Management Systems based on customer requirements and market evolution, Appropriate documentation of all project implementation and programing code, Daily monitoring of main KPIs and provide performance management and continued integrity and availability of the applications with the cooperation of ITN related departments.

Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Total experience 6 to 7 years.,7+ years of experience in working Microsoft Dynamics CRM ,integration , issue diagnosing and troubleshooting.,5+ years of experience in enterprise business solution development and delivery, including Web, Mobile, Portal and application integrations, Experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM Developer with a masterful expertise in .Net, SQL, Demonstrates strong background in planning, designing, installing, configuring, and customizing of relational data modelling of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, Experience with full-life cycle implementations of Dynamics 365,knowledge in •,Experienced in development, architecture, implementation, and deployment of Dynamics 365 (especially CE) platform. Conduct sessions, gathering requirements, documentation and designing CRM solutions. Expert in integration and data migration to Dynamics 365,Functional and technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, web service programming, development and application Integration capabilities such as creating a customer portal solution to the internet, Experience with Dynamics creating plug-ins, custom workflow activities, XAML workflows, and web services. Experience with other Microsoft products including MS Azure, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI is a plus, knowledge in Object Oriented Programming and Design experience, Knowledge of networking, servers, security and testing, Experience architecting and developing high-volume, secure, scalable, highly concurrent user, transactional, and distributed systems utilizing Microsoft Dynamics, Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. Certificates in IT related fields are preferable. Hands on experience in External Identity management architect, best practices and implementation to achieve business requirements. Experience with Agile methodologies.
