Job Description
Analyze, Implement, Maintain & Support Customer Relation Management Solutions' Systems : (web and content management system , Internet &Intranet Portal, Self-Care & Web Payment ,Document Management system , E-commerce solutions , API ‘s ) to achieve business requirements,Analyze, Implement, Maintain & Support Web and content management systems e.g. Microsoft products (Sharepoint ….etc ), and other related technologies.,Analyze, Implement, Maintain & Support E-commerce solutions e.g. (nopcommerce),Analyze, Implement, Maintain & Support Authorization and authentication systems e.g. Microsoft products (Active directory, ADFS ….etc ), and other related technologies.,Analyze, Implement, Maintain & Support external Identity management,Analyze, Implement, Maintain & Support Customer Experience (VOC) , Campaign Management & Loyalty Tools (CDR Collection & parsing , Bonus granting , Churn prediction).,Responsible for analysis new requirements, reporting, modification, upgrade of system parameters, customization and/or new enhancements on Customer Management Systems based on customer requirements and market evolution,Appropriate documentation of all project implementation and programing code,Daily monitoring of main KPIs and provide performance management and continued integrity and availability of the applications with the cooperation of ITN related departments.,Abide to the documentation process in the development of applications to ensure the availability of related documents that adhere to existing IS standards,Contribute and enforce the defined policies and procedures, systems parameters, system implementation and introduction of new services in-line with ITN-QMS

Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in related field,Strong experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Sharepoint,MUST have professional experience (5+ years) in HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, C#, vanilla JavaScript and MS SQL Server,Strong technical and development background related to service implementation on Internet & Intranet Portals ,Identity Management , Call Center & Telephony Solutions (PBX, IVR, CTI based systems, ACD, Workforce Management,).,JAVA, J2EE, ASP.NET,Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Tools & Utilities, and UNIX / Linux, SQL server, WEB Development.,Knowledge of networking, servers, security and testing,Experience architecting and developing high-volume, secure, scalable, highly concurrent user, transactional, and distributed systems utilizing SharePoint,Understanding of basic principles of e-payments and cards payments technologies,Experience project management methodologies,Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.,CI/CD DevOps experience, familiarity with Azure Pipelines, experience with software development lifecycles,Certificates in IT related fields are preferable..,knowledge in Analytic tools e.g. SEO implementation,Hands on experience in External Identity management architect, best practices and implementation to achieve business requirements.
