The Account Manager on LNA department maintains and grows relationships with,large customers, while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth,goal. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account,Manager is expected to retain existing business, while pursuing,profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts.,Promote and sell products and services to Large account customers to meet their needs and to achieve the set sales targets.,Create customer needs of Orange products & services to enhance the sales and increase revenue.,Keep, and open eye on the market to detect any threats from competitors and raise red flags, and to capture opportunities to secure sales.,Educate the customers about any new offers, bundles, services offered by Orange group and play the advisor / consultant role to increase customers’ loyalty.,Build trust, social activities & public relations with Large account customers, work on solving their problems, managing the accounts, and respond to their requests any time.,,Standards,Proactively manages customers’ satisfaction and service delivery,,satisfaction,Define and structure sales proposals to potential customers.,Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel,Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business,Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions,Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.,Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.,Call the customers to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.,Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
University degree in business administration, marketing or related field.,(5-7) years experience in sales / customer service fields,Experience of managing Business Accounts.
